Our Approach

Combining Experience and Compassion for Effective Treatment

Heart in Hands

Open Heart Behavior Services is proud to be a minority woman–owned and owner-operated business

OUR MISSION:

We provide home and community based services that build pathways to independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through behavior services, we help clients gain essential skills. Through supported community connections and transportation, we create opportunities to practice those skills in real-world settings. And through supported employment, we help individuals achieve the ultimate independence: meaningful work and economic self-sufficiency.

OUR VISION:

Measurable impact. Sustainable careers. Dignified services that change lives.

OUR PURPOSE:

We exist for two reasons: to serve individuals with disabilities AND to create sustainable careers in behavioral health.

Building the right team isn't a strategy—it's core to our purpose. We're not just a service provider; we're a workforce contributor and job creator. Quality services require quality jobs, and both require intentional investment.

When we pour into our staff with real compensation, training, and organizational support, we create two kinds of impact: clients achieve independence, and professionals build meaningful careers. We measure both. We demonstrate both with data. And we build an organization that delivers both for the long haul.
