The Center
Open Heart Behavior Service is proud to launch “The Center” located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
“The Center” is a Supported Community Connections Day Program for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
How to find us
The Center is located in the BACK of the Erindale Square shopping complex located at 5975 N. Academy Blvd Suite 109 just north of the intersection of Academy and Vickers Drive.

Follow these steps to find our location.
Enter the Erindale Plaza off of Academy Blvd. near the Sonic Fast Food Restaurant. Take your immediate left in front of the Treehouse Cafe. Follow the road and make a right near the Academy driving school and follow it to the back of the Plaza. We are located in Suite #109.
